6 Top Tips For Effective Positive Affirmations

6 Top Tips For Effective Positive Affirmations

#1

It is important to make sure your Affirmation is in Neutral language. WHY?
a) if the Affirmation you are using contradicts your current circumstances, then your subconscious will immediately reject it….. and
b) you will then be placing focused attention on something that is not true and therefore amplifying what you don’t believe.

#2

Really think about what you want to change and make your Affirmation reflective of what you really want…. Not what you don’t want.

#3

Reflect on “Why you think you want’ whatever it is you are trying to change.

#4

Understand what the ‘change’ will give you. Is that really what you want?

#5

Make sure Affirmation is in ‘present’ tense. ie, not a ‘future’ goal like … I will be 10kgs lighter. Making ‘future’ goals guarantees it will always be something you are just striving for and not realizing. Instead, use neutral language like …. It feels good to be 10kgs lighter.

#6

Make a 30-sec mind movie of how your life will look when you are successful in having what you want. How does it look? how do you feel?

I feel extremely fortunate to have met Pam just over 8 years ago, at a point in my life where I was really struggling. A few years earlier i had been through a messy separation which left me broke, and to make matters even more difficult, my ex decided, that since I no longer had any money left that she could take, she would leave our three infant children with me and move away. I was in my early 40's with no support, a business to run, and 3, 5, and 7 year old children to care for. After 3 years of this I was not doing very well !! That's when I met Pam. After working with Pam for just a few months I was able to start getting my life back on track.Pam got me to stop "surviving" and feeling like a victim ! She was able to get me to see the positive things I had in my life and how to move forward. She literally changed my perception of "my world". About a year later I reconnected with Pam and formed a relationship with her that I am extremely grateful to be part of. My business is now prospering as are all my children and myself, none of which would be true without Pam's initial 3 months of coaching 8 years ago. I know first hand how hard she works for her clients and I've seen so many people like myself go into her office down and out, and then leave feeling life is worth living. Pam puts her heart and sole into her clients, in every session, its why she connects so well with people and why she gets such brilliant results.

Pam was recommended to me for my fear of public speaking, and she didn't disappoint! In two sessions with Pam, totalling 3 ½ hours, I went from really struggling and feeling so uncomfortable with being in a group setting, to actually going out after my second session to a networking event where I didn't know anybody! To say I am surprised is an understatement. If you need help with any part of your life, contact Pam, you'll be glad you did.

Pamela gets result and fast! In just one session I experienced profound growth and cleared emotional blocks that had been holding me back for years. Her nature is genuine, caring and non-judgmental which really helped me feel comfortable. Pamela is a powerhouse of knowledge and skill with all aspects of mindset coaching and helping to overcome personal and relationship blocks. I would highly recommend doing the “Reset your Life” program as it covers everything or if you want a personal session definitely book a one-to-one.
